The relationship between client and architect is fundamental, and the establishment of a professional and trusting relationship between the two is the bedrock of every successful project.
Master Planning
A Master Plan is the long term perspective plan for guiding the sustainable planned development of the city. This document lays down the planning guidelines, policies, development code and space requirements for various socio-economic activities supporting the city population during the plan period. It is also the basis for all infrastructure requirements.
Interior Design
Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the ple using the space. An interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manages such projects. Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, research, communicating with the stakeholders of a project, construction management, and execution of the design.
MEP
MEP design is important for decision making, accurate documentation, performance & cost estimation, construction planning, managing operating the resulting facility. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (mep) refers to these aspects of building design construction.
Visualization
3D visualization. A variety of technologies that make images and movies appear more lifelike in print / on the computer. Developing 3d design of Urban Plan. New ideas and concepts and developing interactive design. Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time. Presenting finalised ideas and concepts.
Project Consultant
The role of project consultant is to provide the client with an external expert opinion on a matter of an operational or strategic importance. A good consultant can quickly differentiate problem symptoms from causes and work with the client to expand or redefine the project scope. Moreover, at the outset of a project it is very important to define what questions need to be addressed, what work methods will be employed, what data sources and corporate resources are available, and what ultimately will be the final work deliverable.
