Modern Architectural Bungalow in Magarpatta Township. The bungalow is planned in such a way that it didn’t have any sloping roofs, but more of cantilivers and some play of LED light as attraction in a single storied bungalow. As the plot itself was linear shaped, it was easy for the landscape to follow straight line concept starting from the bungalow hardscapes and continuing in the lawn area which in turn, was kept open on the other side. Structurally some really difficult cantilevers were made possible in the design, spanning from 2ft–15 ft. The plot was having three sides of road facing and one garden facing. We decided to place at least one room facing any of each side with corner and long windows which could be overlooked through and also get maximum natural light.
